Article 2. RESTRICTIONS

It is disallowed to produce the reproduction of This Software with breaking any term of this agreement. |

It is prohibited to modify This Software, or to achieve reverse engineering of This Software. It is alao prohibited to transfer or lend or grant to reuse This Software to third parties. It is disallowed to transfer the privilege obtained from this agreement. |

It is prohibited to transfer third parties This Software by acting a lental or a dummy lental and so forth, grant the use or resell, or to be transferred from or to be granted the use by or to buy from third parties. |

It is prohibited to transfer or grant the use This Software to third parties or to be granted the use by or to buy from third parties as a used article. |
Article 3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

It is unwarrantable to adapt the function contained in The Software to the purpose of your use. |

Any selection and implementation of This Software shall be achieved on your own responsibility, any damage caused by your installing onto a computer hard disc and a plotter's memory, and any damage caused by your operating shall be unwarrantable. |
